Scope

The Max Planck-UBC-UTokyo Center for Quantum Materials is a collaborative venture among the globally leading scientific institutes: the Max Planck Society (Germany), University of British Columbia (Canada), and the University of Tokyo (Japan), for research in quantum materials.

The annual workshop is one of the activities of the Center and it is held at Institute for Solid State Physics (ISSP), University of Tokyo.

Main Topics of the Workshop

  • Quantum Materials and Topological Phenomena
  • Strongly Correlated Electron Systems
  • Magnetism and Spin Systems
  • Advanced Spectroscopy and Measurement Techniques
Organizer
Masaki Oshikawa, ISSP, University of Tokyo
